        if you are suggesting that coconut water is better than hydration, unfortunately it is not. there hasn't been any credible scientific evidence that suggests that to be the case. it is tasty however

    Why do so many people like this stuff? The calorie intake with these insane for what is essentially a water replacement? Why not just drink bottled water if you don't like the taste of tap. 2 teaspoons of sugar in every serve… Is everyone just fat or what

    I tried the Chocolate version last night (first time heh) It was nice. But I could not drink too much.
    I have not tried this regular version, maybe I will one day. But not today, because I don't have any.

    I will keep drinking water for now, because its is nice & cost is low because it comes from my tap at home or workplace.
