Seems like a good price on this fantastic water bottle. Price is for Navy colour only.

This is the newest model according to Amazon, not sure what the difference is though vs older model apart from aesthetics.

  • What's so amazing about this water bottle?

You can pour water in and out of it

      • Shut up and take my money. 🤯

        • Yes of course it is IP66 Water proof

    • its crazy how popular fancy, heavy, and expensive water bottles with great amounts of embodied energy have become over the past few years… Fantastic if everyone buys one and uses it for decades, but that'll rarely happen..

      • My kid wanted a $60 harry potter water bottle… fair it was double walled and stainless steel but $60!

Anyway, just wild what is considered value/bargain

used my old zojirushi for around 6 years before finally replacing it with this one. Only replacing it because I dropped it like a billion times over the years.

    • It does 97% of stuff… Or 97% of customers do something…
      Okay, I'll admit, I don't know Japanese…

This one is actually good. Keeps water hot / cold for ages. I'd buy this if I didn't already have 3!

it keeps water hot for ages. One time i put just boiled water in it in the morning, and forgot about it until later that night, and it was still warm

      • +1

I put fresh black coffee in mine in the morning, forgot about it, went to take a sip in the afternoon and burned my mouth it was so hot (still). They're pretty amazing.

There are definite differences in quality and features when it comes to water bottles. It comes down to what factors are important to you.
I have a few different water bottles for different scenarios. One at home, one in the office, one for the gym etc, and there is a big variance when it comes to insulation and ease of cleaning. Some can keep ice solid for 3-4 hours. Some 10+ hours. One has a lid/opening that is near impossible to fully clean, so I am reluctant to use it for anything other than water. I don't own a Zojirushi, but given it's price, reputation and the fact it is made in Japan, I'm going to assume it would be top tier, having excellent insulation properties, and being easy to clean.

My Zojirushi from a previous deal is made in Thailand.

        • +1

You are correct! Seems their manufacturing is spread across Japan, Thailand and China.

      • I purchased this model last month. Retains heat well and is easy to clean. Made in Thailand.

  • +4

    Zojirushi are the best.

I fill it up with ice and drink and the ice stays solid for days (no jokes).

haven't had any other insulated bottles that last that long.

also same for hot drinks as well, lasts for ages.

and they are really durable. my current one has all dints and bangs and still going strong.

but im going to be buying this one for the size 720ml.

  • Proposition 65 label on packaging about cancer and reproductive health. Should I be worried?

    • +1

Nope, prop 65 is on many things.
The bottle is "BPA-free (all areas that come into contact with food and beverage)".
