      I have a credit card already with CBA, to get the yello benefit I have to open a transaction account.

      So am now spending barest minimum [ idiots]

      Main spend goes thru Amex ( and gift card deals to cover my purchases where retailers don't accept Amex.)

      Yeah agreed. They also fired a lot of support staff over the last couple years. Have you ever tried to call CBA support? Be prepared for massive waiting times. Last 2 times I tried calling I waited 30 mins and 45 mins and gave up both times. Had to go into the branch.

    Months ago I stopped receiving any Yello offers. Trying to contact them thru the app has produced zero response. Last time I rang thru the app, they quoted 10-15 minutes, but it took 70 minutes. The fellow I spoke to was going to get back to me, but never did.

    Does anyone know if I need to spend $50+ in one transaction? I had several purchases ($10+$45) but I haven't got their cashback yet and they didn't mention it in the T&C.
