I am trying to access this site to book the AMEX virgin complimentary flight offer.

However the site is just not working for me for the past 3 days.
Just wondering if anyone has booked the flight recently and how does it work?
Did you have to call Virgin or Amex to get it sorted? I keep getting error messages on that link when I log in.
Yes I had an error message saying I didn’t have a complimentary flight or that I’ve already used it.
Yes I called Virgin first and they said Amex hasn’t issued them anything. Then I called Amex and they said they applied for the certificate but hasn’t been approved on Virgin’s end. Then I called Virgin again to get them to approve it. Maybe call Amex first to check whether they have asked Virgin for the complimentary flight.

Yep same issue with me, had the card for months, tried to book via the link and pages just spits out errors, like can't even select a departure city. Called Virgin, they told me to talk to Amex and guess what Amex said, contact Virgin. What a laugh.
Having the same issue - get errors when I try to log in and if I mange to get to the site, I can't select the departure or destination. What a joke
you HAVE to call them to book it.
I'm having the same issue - how do you know which flights are available before calling up to book?
I'm guessing availability should be the same as regular paid flights. Right?
I successfully booked mine a few days ago. I did have trouble before that where I was told that Amex made an application to Velocity for my complimentary flight certificate and it wasn’t approved on their end for a while, but it got sorted 1-2 weeks after the phone call
