Credit Card Travel Insurance without Pre-Travel Purchase Requirments?

Hi all

Does anyone know if there are any credit cards that will provide complimentary travel insurance without the requirement to spend a certain amount on pre-travel purchases?

    CBA used to, but now don't.

    Why should they give it for free if you are choosing to use a competitor's product instead of theirs.
