Has anyone had any luck accessing dreamspark premium at melbourne university?

It definitely has dreamspark premium for some of the faculties.
But I cannnot seem to verify my account, eg if you choose:
The University of Melbourne - Faculty of Business and Economics - DreamSpark Premium

And add any of the software to your cart, it asks you to sign in or register. If you try to register it asks you to verify your account.
And it also says "To complete your registration, an administrator must first have created an account for you. Please enter your account identifier below."
I tried my uni username/email address but it comes up with "No active matching account was found with the identifier entered. Please ensure that this value is correct for your institution. If you encounter difficulties, please see Help for more information or request support."
So anyway does anyone know how to actually access dreamspark premium or had any luck with it at melbourne university?
Just got off the phone with the IT department at the faculty of business/economics and they are absolutely useless and havent even heard of dreamspark.
