2 packs were always cheaper. The 20% off is off of the original pricing, whereas the signature pack was always discounted from RRP.

Yes, I think so and need to be an NRMA member too.
I posted this deal last year after stumbling across it in the NRMA app. I tested it at the time on a random store… not realising I could only do it once every 12 months. As such - I am in the process of waiting out my 12 months so I can actually redeem it myself.
