Uber charged me today in advance but my trial membership ends tomorrow.
How can I get back what they charged? I cancelled membership renewal after they charged me today before trial ends. Can't find any way to contact them.

You can't cancel less than 48 hours before expiry. As the other poster said, just go to the help section and they will refund you.

I paid with PayPal, struggled to find a way to contact Uber, but was able to get a refund through PayPal.
Always cancel early, you still get the full trial period.

https://www.ubereats.com/au/uber-oneAh well maybe not. Still nice to know for a normal monthly membership you can cancel it day 2 and get the whole month. I know with a lot of my subscriptions it'll tell you you lose access when cancel but you actually get the whole month still anyway.

Same thing happened to me. As it was through PayPal, I raised a 'not as described' claim. Uber never bothered to reply so I won the $9.95 back… only issue though is UberOne have blackballed me for life… Buyer beware.
Happened to me after their free trial.
Go to "Help" on their app and say you want to cancel. Mine got refunded within an hour.
