  got their duet nc headphones which are about 5x the price of these. didnt use them that much (mainly for when I am flying) the faux leather crumbled like crazy within 2yrs on the headband and I had to replace the earpieces for the same reason. the plastic on the folding mechanism broke as well. I would estimate I used them maybe 20 times and they were always stored in a drawer away from the sun/heat. their customer service was non-existent they basically gave zero f's

    JBL customer service is usually through their retailers. I exchanged few of my JBL headphones through their retailers no questions asked.
