ShopBack App - Anyone Else Missing The Account>Purchases Button?

As per the title, I logged into my Shopback app today to access a gift card but the Account tab now only shows my cashback balance. The gift cards are nowhere to be found.

I looked up the email I received from Shopback when I first bought the gift card, and the only way to access the giftcard is through the Shopback App>Account tab>Purchases button.

I have the app installed on both iPhone and Android but they are identical - no Purchases button. Both apps are showing as Version 4.88.0 at the bottom of the Account tab.

    Looks like a change in UI.

    Can be found in two places

    • Account > transactions > vouchers
    • Home > gift cards >order history

      I don't seem to have Account>Transactions at all.

      I found Home>giftcards>"View purchases" (can't see a link called "order history") but got a "We've looked everywhere but can't find the page you're looking for" message.

    Can you pay via shopback at Cafes?
    Pay button seems disabled and nothing when you scan bar codes either.
    Is it related to mass layoffs?

    Update: back to normal for me.

      Ah, so that's where everyone was! Thanks for the link.

      My iPhone has recovered but my Android hasn't.

    Update: all seems back to normal again. Looks like it was a temporary UI glitch.
