I don't understand how KFC can compete having $8.95 delivery fees compared to pretty much everything else being free delivery, particularly with UberOne.
It's Menulog. They're all onboard with getting more people hooked on fast food and convenience though.
KFC is 8.95 across the board. No free delivery on uber pass.
I've had a lot of issues with menulog this year and stopped using them. The delivery is always super delayed, leaving food cold :(
As someone working in a kfc restaurant, we see alot of menulog orders go un picked up. Some eventually get picked up 30 mins after food is ready.
Menulog is on track to being the next Deliveroo. No idea how they are staying afloat. Hardly any delivery drivers work for them, very poor customer experiences with long wait times resulting in either the customers cancelling as no driver gets assigned or cold delivery from the order waiting for so long before being picked up.
They were good when they had the 10 off after 8 :)
Haven't used them since they got it rid of though.
Still gotta pay the $8.95 Delivery Fee + Service fee though.
