Explore the early beginnings of the young Double Dragon brothers as they take on both new and familiar enemies in this alternate story. In this fresh roguelite take, every playthrough is a brand new chance at new action.   It's no Streets of Rage 4 but it is certainly fun. I'd buy it at $10-$15.

  By looking at it I found people talked about a fan made free game called "Legend of the Double Dragon" and seemed to have a very good review.
