Having an expertly prepared Will ensures that your loved ones will be looked after according to your wishes.
Finding somewhere local to make or update your Will is now much easier with NSW Trustee and Guardian setting up short-term, pop-up Will writing locations all over NSW.
Use the search tool to see when a pop-up location is open near you and to book your in-person appointment.
NSW Trustee and Guardian would be the last people to oversee your will.
Totally incompetent.
Not totally incompetent as they suck the money out on a monthly basis and charge like lawyers and drag things out so they bleed the inheritance down so your inheritance is worth nothing to anyone.

Or just google how to make your own will. If you are a member of an RSL ask them if they have a free lawyer to help with making a will as some have this facility for members.
