      You did not answer the question OP, and in fact your returns policy is a little confusing.

      Customers In Australia:

      2. Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid) E.g. Item costs $139.95 + $12.95 shipping, you will be refunded $139.95. Please note if you have used a coupon code for your purchase and are returning an item to us for a refund, we will be refunding you the item cost less coupon discounted amount less postage.

      Are you going to refund the full amount upon successful return, or are you going to deduct the return postage costs from the refund?

  I found the water proofing on these shoes to be terrible. Lasted a couple of months at best before my socks for soaked from light rain.

    I find that most waterproof claims for shoes are usually just marketing fluff. Unless you are buying a pair of rainboots each made from a single piece of rubber, most shoes are really just water resistant at best, and you will eventually get soaked.
