  • I got an update that other than the cheapest item I ordered, other items are out of stock. They are going to charge the same shipping fee. I said no, either they cancel the whole order or I am going to charge back through Paypal.

    • Has that cheapest item been sent already with shipping cost invoice ? They can't cancel it if already shipped. Refund or charge back is the only way. Looks like they are doing this to most of the orders. Shipping cost should've been pro-rata when full order isn't available.

      • I sent them a reply saying I want to cancel the whole order first. And then the next day (today) they sent a email saying the cheapest item has been shipped and charged the full amount of shipping. I have not received yet but if I do I will request a return and chargeback through Paypal.

    • Same here. They sent me an email asking if I wanted a refund or swap something else for the unavailable items. Next day, before I’d seen said email, they’ve sent an invoice saying the available item has shipped, with full shipping fee attached.

              @andresampras: In Paypal you should see that payment and be able to click report. You should file a case as not as described, not not received, as you did receive the small items. Paypal will not do anything and ask the seller to respond first. I think it is likely they either do not respond and Paypal will refund you, or the seller is willing to refund.

              • @c2pv1ru5: For partial order received and not as described refunds, PayPal may ask to return the received goods first before initiating full refund. How did you get around this ? I find no store near me to return to.

                • @SuperLate: In my case SL responded through Paypal and agreed to refund plus a return label. Unfortunately you may lost on postage if SL does not respond to Paypal.

    My hard drive for cancelled. As can't fullfill orders. But was in stock. And I ordered before the site got ozbargain ed. Not impressed

  • Ordered the m50x and a usb-c hub, m50x OOS even though I had my order in within 10 min of the post. Asked them to cancel the whole order if they will charge the same shipping fee for just a tiny usb hub. Bummer. Haven't heard back from them yet.

    Still no email about order or shipment. No response to email. They don't even answer their phone. The money has been processed since monday.

    Update on my original purchase: got an reply after raising an enquiry with them the moment their webpage crashed with my AT headphone order - got told that they were investigating and that was last Saturday 13 April. Sent another 2 enquiries throughout this week but no response. Initiated chargeback with Commbank today.

    Ah well.

    • Hey Mate I'm in the same boat. They stole 700$ from my credit card. How did you raised chargeback with Commbank. Did you have to terminate credit card?

      • Nah. They sent me an email later confirming the refund was on the way. Still my chargeback would take another 3 days to come back which brought a total of 14 days since this bullcrap.

  • I ordered a bunch of items (not the headphones) on April 14 and got the timeout error. I paid with PayPal and it was charged, but no emails from School Locker at all. On the 17th I raised a case with School Locker and they've ignored that too. The only email I've received from them is an auto-generated case ID.

    Today I raised a PayPal case to see if that gets them moving, I've asked for a full refund.

    This is a very dodgy company. It's been 10 days and I have not received anything so I lodged a dispute on Paypal, immediately got my money back even with my case still pending review.

    If the average spend was $150 that's $90k.

    If they retain 20% from laziness or inability to initiate charge back they profit $18k

    If the conversion rate was 20% multiply the above by 4….

  • I made a purchase for about 10 items. So far have received about 5 different deliveries, one delivery had a 30 cent document holder and came via courier. More shipments being dispatched according to my email. They would've spent more on delivery than my order value. Such a strange system

  • Received my beats today. First they sent small things and 3 days after the beats. Sent few emails but no response. Said they were still in stock on site. Suddenly recieved a tracking.

    No response to the contact form, nor email. And I paid with zip pay, so can’t even chargeback or anything.

    Disappointing experience, poor communication from customer service (emailed multiple times). Received order confirmation from them eventually but then received multiple emails stating they couldn't fulfil various items - they suggested I select other items in stock which I did.
    I then subsequently received emails stating insufficient stock so therefore order could not be processed.

    • I agree. They are probably not capable of handling a huge client base… Especially online shopping.

      I received a parcel with multiple items but was missing a specific item which was supposed to be in the package. I think someone forgot to put it in. I wrote to them 2 weeks ago, no response yet.

    Just a heads up regarding the exchange, it should be an alike item including the pricing, if there is a price difference we cannot continue with the exchange. Also, It depends on the availability of the Item/SKU(Item code)

    This is a joke. It means you can't swap as you'll need to swap for each item for exact amount for the unavailable item and can't order to swap multiple if total remains same or less as they previously advised. They're just making excuses to not honour the outstanding orders.

    Waited until late at night to place the order. The site was ok, fast enough for shopping, but checkout was a nailbiter. Took ages and ended up with a 504 gateway time-out, but also ended up with an order confirmation email.

  • This is business madness. So far I have been notified of seven different shipments for fifteen different line items. I hope they are getting a great rate on shipping.

        Raised a PayPal dispute for refund on unavailable items because they're not refunding shipping cost.

    • I got refund a while back for item not available. $6 shoes. Got back into my PayPal. 19th April. There was an email from customer support.
