this should literally just be a google search 😭

OP has confused ozb.com for google.com, where this question has been answered ten thousand times already.

They said chat gpt was going to replace Google, looks like ozbargain won instead.

    • 12 hours later since op's post and hes yet to drop the random chinese market url to some random shoe they are spamming. im impressed.

It's probably just another case of Hanlon's razor being applicable.

    these…

    • Google agrees

  • Brooks Ghost. Don't necessarily need latest model as shoe has not changed a lot. Nice lightweight low profile shoe. Not max cushioning either. Very versatile shoe!

  • See a Podiatrist unless you're gonna post feet pics.

Different foot types, different functions etc.

    There is no generic 'best'

  • Reebok pumps if your serious, otherwise Havianas

  • Both Nike and Reebok make highly regarded HIIT / cross fit shoes. Just start there

You dont want running shoes because they dont have lateral stability and can have too much drop for what you want.

Shoes for court sports (tennis, basketball etc) are also good for HIIT

I wonder if these are just bots looking for training data. As others have said, this is otherwise just a Google search.

  • i fell into the nonsense of specific shoes for things like this. honestly i felt like they were dangerous at times, destabilising… went back to a $20 pair of vans. worked a charm, stiff where you needed it. didn't care what you put them through.

theres a lotta different feet types, find what works for you. must admit, tho it is less HIIT focussed, id been keen to try some of these carbon plate shoes for that kinda stuff… but again, if you make things too easy, you begin defeating the purpose…

  • crossfit shoes probably like reebok nano. Work for the occasional run but with enough stability for weight lifting plus some extra durability on the sides for rope climbs
