      Don't buy non-rubber soled shoes for racquet sports.

      Unless you want to go shopping for ankles.

      This applies to:
      - Fit and sprightly people [who will move laterally quick, causing issues],
      - The more typical OzB dimensions - each additional kg of weight causes 5-10kg more of force on those ankles.

      Normal trainers are good for forward / backward, on general terrain. They are horrible for lateral movement, and its a matter of both when, and to what extent.

    @jimkiddsports Is this a genuine Oz Bargain Exclusive? Is this good ethical business practice?

    I have seen these exact prices at JKS both online and instore for the last 3 months

    I purchased a Mizuno Mens Wave Rider 26 directly from Mizuno for $99 shipped before Easter
    ($99 plus $10 StarTrack shipping and 10% off my first order so worked out to $99 shipped)

    Mizuno are the WORST company for warranty. They literally told me warranty was void because I wasn't using running shoes for the correct purpose (because I was walking in them!)

    Also, they aren't lasting as well as they should (this drama started just under 6 months in).

    Don't buy Mizuno. They are full of excuses and offer inadequate support.

      I've had great experience with my Mizuno shoes over the years. Oldest pair are ~5 years old now.

      Haven't had to deal with their support team though.

      Side note - anyone looking for max cushioning, the wave sky 6 are a letdown compared to the 7 and even their previous gen 3/4

        Wait until you do need support.

        In under 6 months the black parts of the sole were peeling.

        There is also a hole at the top of the ankle from friction, on one side of one shoe only, but it's a bit laughable that it occurred so fast

    Got a pair of Mizuno Wave Creation 20 off Amazon for $60 a few months ago. Great shoe, quality seems better than other shoes in the price range. I choose this one for most of my runs over Pegasus 40 or Ultraboost.

    I found Mizuno to be extremely durable and easily outlast most reputable brands.

    I can not comment about support as I did not have any issues and hence the need to contact support
