On my computer, it kept showing $299 no matter what I tried, and even when I attempted it on Firefox, it still showed $299. However, when I tried it on another computer with new Email, it immediately applied as $149 and the payment went through smoothly

This doesn't have a native photo gallery, uses Google Photos as the albums. Settings doesnt seem to allow changing to SD card storage which is what I was hoping for. Unless someone has a work around this? Didn't play with it too much as I got it for my mum
Is there no app on Google play for photo gallery to go to sdcard?
For storage choice, open the camera app, hit settings in the top right corner, then scroll down to storage and tap on the text "storage" . It will then give you the option to change to SD card or phone.

Arghh!! Ordered one this morning, Had to pay shipping as they didn't have any in stock locally with ETA of 3rd May. Just checked and its in store at my local JB with instant delivery!!!
Tried calling them and there is no way to move it from delivery to pick up in store… They said I could cancel the order and go instore and pay $299 for it. No thanks.

Not a bad phone. Build is decent, got the indigo blue and like the smooth pleather back. Came with a basic case installed and will stay on. Added a screen protector, my one for Galaxy A52s fits close enough. Clean Android, feels snappy enough so far.

I bought this phone from Officeworks @$196 on the last sale cos My OnePlus 12 was still on Pre order , I used this for about 1 month while I was waiting for my Oneplus12 . I absolutely loved using it. It's really snappy and has some great features for such a phone ! .. Although I love my OnePlus 12 , I really can't justify the 10x Price difference. Now that I have my Oneplus12 I gave the G54 to my son as he needed a new phone. He loves it.

Oneplus died off after 7T model. I told myself I would not ever pay more than 1k for a phone. Pixel 8 Pro with Optus was close to it at $900
Although I agree OnePlus fell apart for a while during that stage , I think they have regained my confidence with the 12 , The OnePlus 12 is again on another level , As I said above , I don't see any phone being worth 10 to 20 X the Motorola price .
The 20 minute 0-100 fast charging has saved my arse several times after forgetting to charge it overnight , The build quality and the feel in hand is amazing, and In my opinion Oxygen OS is still better than most other OS out there and closest to vanilla android. The main reason for my purchase was the fact that I received a refund from Amazon for a OnePlus 10 that I purchased 18 months ago and had to send the phone back due to audio issues. Long story .
I figured I would treat myself to a 12 as the refund almost paid for it in full.
So the question is , Will I buy the OnePlus 13 or 14 , or even another phone over 1K?? Probably not .. But so far very happy with the 12 and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a flagship phone.

Goes to show how much profit is in the iPhones that sell or $1,500 - $2,500You need to consider R&D, shipping, Software development costs etc and after sales support. I agree Apple is overpriced. iPhone should be around the 1k mark asking for 1.5k is a bit rich
Even considering all that you can say Apple has to be 3/4x more expensive to recoup the costs but at 10/15x price differential there must be huge profit margins in there.
Also R&D? what R&D they havent done anything innovative in years. If anything they just copy what android did and make a big deal about it.
Last big change was usb cPS I have an iphone 14 pro. Just bough this because its 1/12th the price of my phone so didnt seem like much - but its a proper decent phone 0_0

Not. My family has cracked the screen on most of their motoGs… The Samsung's appear to be stronger.
Daughter even cracked hers with a screen protector and case it comes with… Will never trust that again.

Great phone but feel the colour balance is a little off by default. Anyone have colour settings they use and are happy with?
Read review before buying - LCD screen was the main failing (colour & brighness, especially in full sun).
I changed mine to Natural (instead of the default Saturated) in Settings -> Display -> Colours. The colour theme may take some time to get used to. The default theme has a blue tone. While I like blue colours in general, the theme applied to some of the apps does feel a bit unusual and while it looks fine indoor, the default colour theme will make some of the apps (due to the theme applied) more unpleasant under bright sunlight.
The LCD screen isn't as good as a high quality IPS screen. The contrast shift (when viewing it off an angle) is quite high so it is a cost effective IPS (understandable).
I've gone Natural with 1 notch toward warm, seems a little more balanced.
Could probably fix it more with a 3rd part app but it's good enough. It's quite a clear and bright screen otherwise, and overall a great phone for the price.

I just picked up my phone from my local. I rung them directly and they got the order transferred over (even though online team couldn't do it). Anyways using it now and I must say a huge upgrade over iPhone 7 but just gotta remember it's not an iPhone.

Yandex is Chrome based as well. So it's just the crappy GPU on this phone not fully supporting chrome rendering.

Is anyone having an issue with the facebook messenger app? Not displaying some old chats? Not sure how to fix this. I transferred all my files from old phone oppo to this moto g54 but some old messenges are not displaying on the chat history for moto g54. I cleared and reinstall the app a couple of times even use my mobile data not wifi. Not sure what is the issue.
