      If you use the code 'HCNOV12INC' then it should be emailed to you. If you forgot to use it in the Promo Code field, perhaps use a 'contact us' form from the site to have them assign it to you. Should not be an issue.

      Vouchers I am told will be all emailed out after the expiry of the promotion being 18th November. They will be for use for the month of December so will be received in time.
