Hello there, recently I've not been able to play ARMA II as everytime i open it, i get the message:
"Bad Cd Key - Your CD Key is disabled. Contact Customer Service" and the game is missing from my steam library. I have purchased this off CD key websites so im guessing that might be an issue but im not so sure
Just wondering if anyone else is getting this problem, and if you've fixed it.

If your with amex, dispute it.
If you somehow paid with amex, via paypal they will override paypal.
I recall this is one of the reasons Paypal doesnt accept Australian Amex cards, because if paypal cant recover the funds, amex will deduct it from paypal leaving them out of pocket- which is why they stopped supporting amex.
Amex is amazing when it comes to chargebacks, they wont tollerate it. Even better if you have a platinium, toll free number any time of the day and answered straight away by an operator, 1 question answered and it will be refunded back on your card by next business day.
CBA/mastercard are the worst, months go by and they fail. Incompetent and worst credit card company I have dealt with. Its like they act retarded just so you give up.

There are merchants reselling those CD-keys from using stolen credit cards.
Personally I think those overseas CD key online shops are borderline dodgy as you cannot be sure where they sourced their keys.
