    Most of these require a pool fence if used in VIC, based on their specs…

    If a Victorian residential pool or spa has a depth of 30cm or more (300mm), it is required to be surrounded by safety barrier.

        all of the pet pools listed on the web page are less than 20cm in depth.

        The ones I've seen show 30cm

          My apology to jv regarding the depth of these pet pools. I mistook the dimensions of the product packaging with the pool depth.

          These pet pools do appear to have a depth of 30cm. Their "sizes" refer to the diameters of the pools and not their depths.

              @jv: A person cannot be defamed if that person cannot be identified. This was one of the key points in the Bruce Lahrmann defamation trial, that whether he was identifiable when the TV programme did not explicitly name him.

    I am thinking to get this for fish and put it in balcony, is there any rules in NSW about putting this in balcony?
