You could sign up to an ING direct Orange Everyday account, and get 5% back for every purchase through paypass.
(search it on OzB)

Just buy 8 x $100 gift cards, get them to put it through as $99.98 and pay the rest in cash (will be rounded down to 0c)

    but to get the 5% discount you need to keep it below $100..if your bill is above $100 then you need to enter your pin or sign and you loose the 5% discount.
