JBL LSR305P MKII
The JBL LSR305 mkII is a compact powered studio monitor makes legendary JBL performance available to every studio. With the revolutionary JBL Image Control Waveguide and refined transducers, JBL 305P MkII offers stunning detail, precise imaging, a wide sweet spot and impressive dynamic range that enhances the critical listening capabilities of any modern workspace. Featuring patented technologies derived from the JBL 7 Series and M2 Master Reference Monitors, and sporting a sleek, modern design, JBL 305P MkII delivers outstanding performance and an enjoyable mix experience at an accessible price.

Patented Image Control Waveguide
Reveal impressive detail, ambience and depth in your mixes thanks to the groundbreaking JBL Image Control Waveguide. Originally developed for JBL’s flagship M2 Master Reference Monitor, this patented innovation ensures an acoustically seamless transition between the low- and high-frequency transducers and provides an immersive soundstage with precise imaging. Offering a broad sweet spot and neutral frequency response, JBL 305P MkII delivers a crystal-clear representation of your mix—revealing subtle details, even when listening off-axis.

Big Sound Out of the Box
JBL 305P MkII is ready for the most demanding production styles right out of the box. Dual integrated Class D power amplifiers, custom designed by JBL for each transducer, give you generous dynamic range for any project. From music production and podcasting to cinematic sound design or daily vlogging, enjoy the output and power you need to hear exceptional detail at any volume—even at peak SPLs. Simply plug in, power on, and start creating.

Tailored Sound to Fit Your Studio
The dimensions and acoustics of a room can have a major effect on sonic accuracy, and that’s why JBL 305P MkII lets you adjust the response to fit your studio. The new Boundary EQ attenuates the low-end boost that can occur when you place monitors directly on the desktop or near walls. The 3-position HF Trim switch allows you to adjust the high-frequency response of the 305P MkII to tailor it to room acoustics or personal tastes.

Flexible Connectivity
Offering both balanced XLR and 1/4″ TRS inputs, and adjustable +4dBu/-10dBV input sensitivity, the 305P MkII offers flexible, professional connectivity options to provide easy setup while maintaining your signal integrity.

      • Site works for me

  • Be wary of shipping from Belfield, they used AusPost to ship these exact speakers to me a few weeks ago, got to the distribution centre near my house fine but then took TWO weeks to go from there to my parcel locker.

Opened a ticket, staff was understanding but there wasn't much they could do apparently until the investigation window concluded, which low and behold it arrived on the final day of.

Cant really blame Bellfield for AP problems 🤷‍♂️

      • Why not?

        • typical jv question

          • @DeToxin: There's no copyright on it.

Valid question. Shop chooses shipping partner.

My experience from Belfield with Aus Post was better though. Recent order, received email a few days later warning of a delay with the warehouse. Received within 1 week total. Happy with the feedback and didn't take too long in the end.

@Dice: yes that's true, but usually business accounts with shipping companies get volume discounts, so having multiple options available means they will have to pass any increased costs on, for what is probably a fringe case scenario

  • If it was $300, I would buy it straight away and write it off as home office equipment

  • I bought them for 338 in last December :s

Great speakers, giving tough time to my S3000pro, which is twice the money.

I think if I had bought them first, I wouldn't have spent any more money on audio, they're so sweet you can listen to them all day. A lot of punch in the small 5" drivers.

Zero hiss when idling, unlike KRK stuff.

Can I plug this in to a pc? Doesnt look like there is usb or 3.5mm input?

    • This is a studio near-field monitor and they usually come with "balanced" connections that require either an XLR or TRS connector. Sometimes they may include an RCA or 3.5mm jack input, but not in this case. To take full advantage of these speakers you would ideally need a USB audio interface (something from Behringer or Focusrite, for example), which come with appropriate audio output sockets. Having said that, you could connect this to your PC directly using the 3.5mm line out from your PC into the 1/4" (i.e. 6.5mm) socket on each speaker using TS jack connectors. You would likely need a splitter cable from 3.5mm stereo line out from your PC to 6.5mm dual mono TS jacks (one for each speaker). This should work fine, except the connection would not be "balanced", which should not be an issue for everyday listening and short cable runs in an average PC audio scenario.

Also, take advantage of this deal if you decide to buy them, to save a few extra bucks.
