What's the difference between the models 3527H and 3517F (this one)?

Can you use any solution like Koi in the water tank or do you need to purchase specifically Bissell products?

Got lucky and was able to pricematch with jb hifi, despite the only stock left for me with godfreys is 200km and 400km away. I just gave them a postcode in that area.

Site shows OOS at almost all Godfreys

I went to Kotara and they had 2 in stock, as well as a whole bunch of other stock. So it may be worth calling your local Godfreys just in case it's not showing up online
