  • Hi. My laptop consumes power of 65w. Is it safe to supply power to the laptop with 100w rate? Thanks.

    • +2

The powerbank has the maximum capacity to output upto 100W, yours only need 65W so you'll be fine.

      • @igoforthebest thanks for the advice 🙏. So far I only use the charger supplied from the laptop. Thinking to get this power bank now 😊

    • +1

Yes, USB PD is compatible with your laptop and your laptop will draw 65W out of the maximum possible 100W.

      • @Sleepycat3 thank you for the advice 😊

  • Noticed this unit is cheaper - https://www.amazon.com.au/HEYMIX-20000mAh-Powerbank-PowerBan…

    How do they compare?

    • +2

Haven't used either personally, but I believe that ugreen is a better brand. Saying this as a lot of Heymix stuff that is posted on Ozb has had other users state the cheaper electronics inside.

This is hearsay, as I haven't confirmed either in this regard.

    • +2

The Ugreen 100W is rated here in the top 3 high power power banks.

If you want to save a few $ this one is reviewed better than the above Heymix

    • Avoid due to QC and poor quality parts.

      • Is this in regards to the heymix or the charmast one?

  • How many Whr is this? 20* 3.7 = 74whr (is that right?)

    • Correct. <100Wh so can take in your carry-on without airline approval.

      • +1

Nice, I hate mAh notation btw.

        • +1

Yeah, its a shit way. Unfortunately when somethings always been the way.. hard to change it.. eg imperial units
