I had a system installed by these guys last year and it was a painless and positive experience. Scott is a no BS easy to deal with bloke while the sparkie subbie did a great job overall.

Probably the only single thing to add from my experience is that our meter box was around in the age of dinosaurs so also required a full replacement. This was actually the majority of the time spent on the job overall and added another $1815 to the total (but realistically was a priority to fix on this old house anyway).

This looks like a great price, especially on a system that's battery ready.

  • Thanks for that Hinee!

  • Thats a good deal

    • Thanks Tommy!

  • How much is a 13.3kw package

  • Can quote a 13.3 - please enquire on the deal link and leave a note in the comment section. Will be in touch. Thanks.

Please do something as simple as Google the address of this company and look for a real business that has branding and look for some evidence of their branding or any sort of evidence that they exist more than nothing at all on that street. A website and a review is not remotely enough to trust solar and you get what you pay for. Who is This that you will give money to. Never ever trust a website trust a real company not a fake review

    • I agree completely. Did find a couple more reviews on solarquotes at least.

      Google Reviews

No fake reviews - can easily establish bona fides. Many previous deals on here over many years. Is this your very first time on OzBargain!? :)

      • I wouldn't rely in google reviews either, its too easy to remove bad reviews.

And it's suspicious there are no reviews less than 5.

I'm not saying you are dodgy, just saying people should not rely on google reviews.

After saying that I am seriously considering solar but our house doesn't have north having roof and a lot of trees :(

        • Yes, I understand that games are played with reviews, however, its not hard to verify with the company or customer if one is concerned. Sorry to hear that your roof is not suitable!

I agree with the principle of what you’re saying, but this is indeed a real company that I have used (in October) and was happy with the result. A Google review was requested, and I gave five stars as it met all my expectations, I can’t speak for other customers.

      • Thank you Plimsol!

  • Hey @ Scott

Can I add this on to have a second system? And then later on buy a battery? Currently have a 5 year old 7.x kw fronius with 8k panels on single phase. Concrete Roof Postcode 4503.

  • Hi Mop yes you can most likely do that. If you send me your details through the deal link with a comment, I'll get in touch, Scott

  • Do we still get a rebate from the govt for these?

  • Yes, the STC financial incentive program applies. In this instance, its worth $2520, and has been already deducted in the deal price of $3390.

  • Is the gov's new panel standards in yet?

Figuring there must be a heap of panels that are about to become useless / not allowed to be installed …so should be cheap as chips.

    • Yes, standards generally are constantly changing and that particular one began late last year, so everyone has ample time to run down stocks.

  • I finally get to install solar at our new place but I was just wondering how this lines up to my 'future wants'. I am hoping to at some point get a battery as well as integrate some functions from solar into home assistant. With the battery install (either now or later) I want to be able to use it during blackouts, I have read a few things that say that requires hybrid inverters is that the case?
So will this inverter work for me or does it need to change (everyone usually recommends Fronius)? and will this system have a limited set of batteries it works with or pretty open
    ?

    • Hi Knobbs, sorry for tardy response - your situation would be better discussed as there's a lot to cover there. Send me a DM and we'll go from there. Scott

      • Hey @Scott-M I sent you a DM yesterday, but have also requested a quote through your site last week.
