I'm looking to purchase a camera in the next two or so weeks. Good enough to take on a family vacation. Nothing over the top or too pricey.

Anybody know of any good deals right now? Should I check what is available during Click Frenzy?

    I recently purchased a battery charger from COTD and it took a little over a week to arrive. I'd rather wait a week and save some money. If you buy from anywhere else, and pay for the equivalent standard postage, you're looking at over a week anyway.

You might want to narrow down what you are really looking for :)

Two camera that I've recently looked at (after we lost our old Canon S95 a few weeks ago):

Canon PowerShot S100

Panasonic DMC-LX5

Both are under $300 and are good compact cameras that shoots raw with good manual controls. I ended up ordered S100 from UniqueMobiles because of their relatively good reputation on OzBargain (and a helpful rep here). Arrived in a week despite posted from Hong Kong. Same price from Kogan and free-shipping just a few days ago (except I did not manage to catch it).

I have also posted this Panasonic LX5 deal from B&H Photo Video — which again I only discovered after my S100 has arrived. LX5 takes pretty good low-light photos and I'll probably take that instead. From experience B&H also ships pretty quickly.
