    anyone know which stores stock these suits?

    also, does anyone think these are good enough to get married in, not a formal wedding but a park day time affair (got a my wedding coming up and cant be bothered with the whole 'hiring' crap)

      I believe Myer does. You can return them within 30 days if you're not happy with them (and havn't removed tags etc), but I'm guessing you need a suit for your wedding fairly pronto.
      They're a nice suit. I personally wouldn't have got married in one, but everyone is different. They're wool. The look and feel nice. If it's relatively informal, I'd say it would be more than fine. Again, it's a personal preference thing. Probably cheaper than hiring one!

        its not till next March but better to have some planning done ;)

        I have no need for a suit for work or any other day-to-day use (apart from possible job interviews or funerals in the future), and my partner was surprised I even nominated to wear a suit, she was expecting pants and a shirt (i joked jeans + tshirt would be more comfortable ;) )

    Last time this special was on I bought all three colours in my size… Since getting them I'm not convinced they are the same quality as the ones you buy in Myer.
    I don't mean to sound negative but I bought three pairs of Pierre Cardin pants from Myer a year or so ago, and compared them to the suits I received from TMS and the quality of the Myer ones seems much, much higher.
    The Myer ones have a polyester lining in the front of the trousers and the stitching seems to be of a higher standard.
    Has anyone else noticed this?
    The material of the TMS ones also seems to be not as wool-ey as wool suits feel.
    I bought the 112 regular and had to have the trousers taken in by a tailor. The tailor (nice lady who recently came to Australia from China) told me to be wary of the brand and mentioned that the stitching quality was not great and that she was skeptical that they were 100% wool.
    I did some research online and found that Pierre Cardin licenses their designs to other companies and makes all their money on royalties from their designs.
    I mean, don't get me wrong, this is a French-designed suit delivered for $149 which is great value, but has anyone else bought them and questioned the quality?
    Am I just paranoid?

        It's not about style, it's about the actual manufacturer (factory which buys the license from Pierre Cardin (in France) to make the suits wherever they make them.

      i do agree that the quality of the PC suits from TMS is not great, but the ones sold by myer are not really greater. imho, PC is not a really good brand. if i do need a cheap suit for whatever reason, i will definitely order one from tms at $149, as long as the fitting is good (unfortunately, in my case, it is not). however, if i want something better looking and quality at a bargain price, i would bite the bullet and order Raulph Polo's from Sierra Trading Post for around $300 shipped (usually sold at over $1k in the local shops, eg DJ). if i want to pay more for more options, bluefly is the place i will check before i burn the money in DJ or Myer.

      however, TMS are great!!!

      Agree on some points. I got one of these suits in the last sale. For pure wool it doesn't feel that "wool-ey" compared to my other pure wool suits I own.

      Fit is ok with me, but its not the classiest suit I own.

      That said, at $149 its good value.

      The tapered suits are like a Euro fit. More tailored than a Classic fit, but not quite a slim fit.

      Covered a few times..I got one of these at the last sale, pants way too big for me..I got 104L sold the pants for $60 and bought the right size 31" from tms separately for $90..tbh it's not the greatest quality but worth it for the price..needed to get the buttons moved cos its still a bit loose, it's not close to slim fit IMO
