    When do you expect lower prices? 64GB micro ultra is creeping up each time.

      Hi Steptoe,

      Hard to say, the prices on commodity products are such creeping.
      I have some old stock to offer at these prices, from internal news 64GB model will be shortage for the next 2 weeks so whoever that holds old stock can still offer them low but market standard price is going up.
      *I guess probably after Xmas peak and if overstock, price should drop by then.

    I ordered a card from them on the 7 th Nov, paid via bank transfer same day , I am still waiting for them to say they have the money in the bank ! I have checked with my bank and it was transfered on the 8th Nov late pm, I have emailed them and no responce, Pretty slack customer service. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

        i dunno but even the supplier says they have known issues with there email system, which in this day and age for a retailer with such an online presence is fairly 2nd rate at best.

        what makes a good supplier is not how many people are happy with them, the defining thing is how well they deal with issues and problems (like bad cards and lost emails in this case). i have seen plenty of dodgy retailers (not saying this place is dodgy) who have a string of fanboys and people willing to overlook poor service to save a dollar or 2 at the risk of losing 10's 100's or even 1000's of dollars.

        TL;DR memorycity, please spend some more time fixing dodgy email systems and paying attention to after sales service.

      I have to disagree. My experience with the customer service has been excellent. The product however is a different story. I have had to send back 2 64GB cards that were DOA, even though the second was supposedly tested. Maybe I had bad luck, but I've given up either way.
      I've decided to try out the Master microSD cards from storage specialist instead, we'll see how that goes…

        Exactly the same experience. First card DOA, 2nd tested only worked for 1 day. Now they are sending the 3rd one. It seems the quality of the sandisks is pretty bad

    Just bought my parents a camcorder that only uses SD cards.
    What would you guys recommend? Should I go all the way with one of these class 10's or is there a cheaper optin?

      The Class 10 ones are the best, we have other cheaper brands such as Toshiba & Sony.

        Yes, keen to find something reliable, but of a high capacity like 32gb, 64gb etc.
        Still considering the Sandisk 64Gb for $79.00, just waiting to see what the service on the car is going to cost. LOL

    I live not far from there office, maybe i should have dropped in to pick it up, there has been other companys with similar prices, ie, MWAVE , and MSY. plenty of choice , any way I find them slow , and rude not to reply to my email enquire. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR.

    My experience has been pretty mixed till now.
    Took a couple of weeks for the product to arrive paid via PayPal will proper order details.
    I do not know why funds took a while to be transferred.

    Installed the card yesterday- will do some testing today
    Card was in original packing, and came with an adapter.
    Will I buy again? Yes I would.
    l always give the other person the benefit of doubt.

    Unfortunately I just purchased a 64GB MicroSD for about $17… yes I know it's so cheap it's most likely fake or going to stoop working within a week but that's what paypal is for right? :D

      Huh? Say if your microSD card stop working in 3 months time, why would Paypal bother asking for refund for you? You just just have to deal with the card manufacturer as following the manufacturer's warranty.
