Excellent game and rated 7th all time best board game on boardgamegeek.com
Not quite the all time lowest price but pretty low.
Can be somewhat complex but once you play a couple of games you will be all over it.

The goal is to raise the oxygen level and temperature and to create enough ocean coverage that the planet is habitable.

Corporations are competing to transform Mars into a habitable planet by spending vast resources, and using innovative technology to raise temperature, create a breathable atmosphere, and make oceans of water. As terraforming progresses, more and more people will immigrate from Earth to live on the Red Planet.

In Terraforming Mars, you control a corporation with a certain profile. Play project cards, build up production, place your cities and green areas on the map, and race for milestones and awards! You earn prestige by contributing to the terraforming process and for advancing infrastructure in the solar system.

Significant milestones will also help to determine who becomes the most dominant force on Mars.

  Slightly off-topic but it is board game related. Mislims is selling Agra for $5.95. I don't know if it is a price error or not so I haven't posted it.

  Agra is currently rated 7.3 at BGG. Weight is 4.34 (out of 5).

  On your land in Agra, you cultivate and harvest cotton and turmeric. You possess a forest from which you produce wood, as well as a small, but very profitable sandstone quarry. By trading and processing your wares, you can obtain more luxurious goods, which you will then use to woo notables as they make their way into the capital. Of course, your rivals have the same plan; you must use your wits to outsmart them as Akbar's birthday draws near…

      I did see that it was like backorder or something. Even if the price is awesome I don't think I'd ever play it so I never looked at the listing seriously.

  played this many a time.
  possibly the best board game i have atm.
  would suggest getting the expansion. has more like cardboard 3-D cardboard that can hold your placeholders better.
