        My support guy just replied and said I don't get anything as they already sent my Sniper Challenge code, despite me never activating it. The hell is going on? Is this guy just inexperienced or is it something else?

        Well my old order was from July, ANDD I'd used my Sniper code.
        But I didnt mention either of these facts in my request.

    Just checked the forums. It turns out they typically will refund the discounted amount(in store credit) for any and all pre-order deals like this. So it's not like they're punishing you.
