  • Cheapest price I've seen for a BSO.

Good for the casual rider :)

  • That's exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for the info.

  • Is there anyway to find a back carrying stand for this bike. My dad wanted to find one with this bike so that he can take my little one to school and back home on it. How do you carry a kid on this bike if you want.
I have done that many time in my life before. How do you do it in here and where to find the equipments?

  • I've heard the bikes are pretty terrible, can anyone say otherwise?

At this price, it's pretty much guaranteed.

I have a few tips for anyone thinking of buying a cheap bike:
      - keep it inside or all the components will rust
      - buy a half decent floor pump and inflate the tyres right to their maximum pressure
      - get a spoke wrench and watch a few YouTube videos on truing a wheel
      - test ride a better bike, then start saving for it ;)

      • so should save for a better one from the beginning lol

        • I think you should only ever buy a bike you have test ridden, but obviously the $70 market is a bit different. If this is the only way to get into cycling then go for it, but everyone should be aware that the quality and style of bike is a huge part of how much you will enjoy it.

I bought a ladies one last year and it had an interesting 'quirk'
They obviously figured out they could ship more of them if they shortened the length of the frame by10cm
The issue arises if you plan to pedal and turn the wheel at the same time, your toe strikes the wheel and gives you quite a shock.
This is not the case with any other cycle on the market and with good reason as you may fall off.
The gears and brakes are decent (be wary of stretching brake cables) the wheels seem like it would be easy to buckle though. But I spent most time repairing punctures related to the navigator not the cycle itself.
I wouldn't recommend this bike due to that quirk.

  • The first thing to go will be the pedals. Never ever ever buying a cheap bike again.
