  • Neg because you have to sign up before the site even shows you prices.

  • -5

Sign up takes less than 30 seconds and offers a range of up to 70% off deals across the site.

I've been shopping there for years and have really saved a lot of $$$.

These loafers won't last long at this price.

    • +2

You are a rep… Saying you have been shopping at your own store for years isn't really that impressive. Also, signing up to a website before you can see prices is not something most people here will not go for.

  • +4

In what sort of maths is $99 a 50 per cent discount off $180?

      • +4

        If I could Neg twice… I would.

      • +2

So if someone said to you that they were only going to pay you 90 percent of what they owe you that's okay then and not worth a comment?

      • +2

Such arrogance from an fellow trying to market his/her products! Not very bright are you? Have a look at the way other Reps post comments elsewhere in Ozbargain.

  • +1

How long is the sale on for?

Annoying site, but is a good discount.

  • -3

I am not a rep. I own fanefootwear.com.au.. I have no affiliation with Brandsexclusive, except the fact that I sm selling my shoes to them

I have been shopping at brandsexclusive for years. I am promoting my sale event on their website. And yes their site is great and has great deals

    This is not a problem.

The sale started on Sunday and I believe will run until Wednesday.

There is still time to review and purchase stock.

all prices will remain the same on my direct website.

Any other shrude comments? I truly dont see the issue about this post. Its basically a 50% sale across the entire range and half of you are having a winge.

    • +1

Way to make a great impression, Id never heard Fane footwear I won't forget ya now

    • -1

Biggest problem is probably you selected yourself as a rep for brandsexclusive so basically you have to get everything 100% correct in the description on your first go.

I really want to try some of these shoes. I was going to order from Iconic to check the sizes and then just return them, but saw that it will still take 2-4 days for delivery which may then make it too late to order from brandsexclusive.

      • +2

And that doesn't strike you as unethical in any way?

        • -3

Not at all. No difference in going to a shop and trying on clothing and buying online for cheaper.

        • it clearly is different, but that you think that's OK is also interesting.

        • Actually you are right when I really think about it… going and trying on clothing and then returning it is completely different to going and trying on clothing and then returning it. I have seen the light!!! Hallelujah!!!

        • Not unless it says on Iconic that returns are only if shoes don't fit/ damaged, etc.

    Thank Melmac 77..

Looks like half of Sydney woke up on the wrong side of the bed toay.

    • +4

Incorrect. We just don't like advertisers who misrepresent themselves as store reps and struggle with 4th grade maths.

    • +3

Most businesses come on here to promote themselves. It's interesting that you have come on here with your 'close enough is good enough' attitude and your rudeness towards potential customers. If you don't see any issue with incorrect claims on savings it does call into question the integrity of the business. How can customers be sure they will get what the ask for and not just something 'close enough'

      • The price is fixed at $99.99. RRP is $180 on my website and increases on average.

Does this satisfy your request? If you are too scared to buy online or trust this promotion, please steer clear. It is not really a big deal to me.

I do not see how I am being rude, but rather attacked by your petty comments.

And if this results in fewer sales, then let it be.

I would be happy to payy $99.99 for a pair of $180 shoes any day. I honestly cannot see the problem.

        • +5

If you cannot see that you have been rude and cannot recognise that an error has been made I apologise for questioning your integrity. It is your intellect which is now so clearly in question.

        • +3

          Does this satisfy your request?

oh wow. Looks like someone forgot sales 101- the customer is always right.

If you are too scared to buy online or trust this promotion, please steer clear. It is not really a big deal to me.

yeah, keep up with that attitude.

I do not see how I am being rude, but rather attacked by your petty comments.

the comments above are completely justified, as far as i can tell. You advertised yourself as a rep- you aren't. You are at most an affiliate. Your math is intentionally deceiving, but luckily most ozbargainers are good with maths and can tell right off the bat that 50% off $180 is NOT $99.

This is no attack. It was a request for clarification which you responded with snarky remarks.

And if this results in fewer sales, then let it be.

again, sales 101- no profit=no business

        • Sorry if I have come across rude.

My intent is promote my sale of my shoes. I was not expecting to be bombarded with petty comments regarding minor details.

Obviously the finer details on this site can really get people excited.

The bottom line is I want to promote the flash sale of my my shoes reduced from $180 to $99.99.

Nothing more, nothing less. Should my 50% off be a slight mislead I apologies, but the cold hard fact that they will sell for $99.99 is there.

        • +6

if there were a badge for 'most insincere apology' on ozbargain, you'd win it. You'd win it big time.

        • Looks like someone forgot sales 101- the customer is always right.

Running an online store myself, in no way is the above statement correct.

        • +2

lol i meant it in a sarcastic way.

        • Oh I gotcha lmao, missed italics. I was about to tell my story about a customer entering the wrong address and it being my fault.

      • +3

Exactly, may be his size 8 shoes are actually size 9 and when a customer points it out he will says…"its close enough so live with it!" LOL

        • +1

And the 'geunine seude' in the description is close enough to genuine suede ;-)

  • +4

Never seen a rep get a comment unpublished for a personal attack in their own 'bargain'. That has to be some kind of achievement unlocked.
