Buying from Toys R Us (USA) via i-parcel

My son is a huge Regular Show fan and there are a few items he would like that only seem to be available at Toys R Us USA. I had a look last night and noticed they ship to Australia via something called i-parcel.

Price with shipping doesn't seem too bad (when compared to these items on ebay) but all up it will cost just over $100 so I am keen to know if anyone here has purchased either from Toys R Us (USA) or from another site who uses i-parcel - would like to hear how smoothly it went and how fast the items arrived in Australia.

    Hi chichi. I have purchased from toyrus US before via iparcel. Shipping was relatively quick but they didnt email me when they delivered and there was no tracking. But overall not a problem. Save youself a bit more money by using ebates. I think currently you get 8% back from them and $5 signing bonus. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/82421

    Thanks for your reply. I had actually read the first few pages of that thread this morning (came across it via google). I wish I had read the whole thing now. I placed an order earlier and the paypal payment went through then the page froze. I have received notification from paypal that I have paid but nothing from i-parcel or Toys R Us. I have emailed i-parcel to check there is an order. Fingers crossed it all works out - this is alot of my son's christmas present!

      Don't sweat chichi. I didnt hear anything from i-parcel. But toysrus were pretty good in replying to emails. I think it took about 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. SO plenty of time before Xmas. Also was packaged quite well and things were in good condition. I orded about $200+ worth of lego. No complaints here. Would have cost me about $350 here.

    I wasn't happy with iparcel as they took nearly a month to deliver my children's Lego to me! I then search and finally found Kidstreasures668 at eBay. I'm very happy with their service and delivery. They got most of the Ninjago series my son likes and it was just in time for his birthday :-) would highly recommend them!
