    Yes the key also works in Steam, so you can get it for PC.

        my kings and gods Mac key activated on steam and works on my PC. I had civ 5 already.

    Is it that taxing? I could play it with integrated graphics on high settings (though my PC did blue-screen a couple of times during a marathon game)

      my older i5, 570gtx box struggled with frame rate on high settings when the game got 200+ rounds in.

    the one for the deal is CIV V + all the DLC (other than Gods and Kings) which is the game + around $30 worth of DLC. The one you have linked is the base game itself. If you dont want to play the DLC ever, then I can see saving $5 may be worth it. But not better.
