    I'm not sure how they manage numbers with this policy. If the venue fills up due to walk-ups, do they say "tough luck" to the people who bothered to get a ticket and planned their time accordingly?

      I think it will be the other way around? They know the capacity of the bowl so they'll know how many walk ups they can let in. Of course once it starts they may void your booking though?
