Aspire Z5771 23" All-in-One Desktop, Refurbished $1049 from Acer Factory Outlet - any good?

I know nothing about computers, or very little. Can someone tell me if this would be any good for a small home office running business software like MYOB?

    Over kill you do not need a quad core i7 CPU for a start ,I dought that office software can use more than one any why.
    Try greys online for a reco system

    A all in one system with the computer in the monitor is very expensive,limiting in upgrades,a pain when something goes wrong,
    You should be able to get a system from greys for much less…
