Just very meh of a blend. I found the oraganic probably to be the worst one when I was still using my barista express and sticking to the 2:1 ratio at between 25-30 seconds. It tasted super earthy for some reason and I just couldn't get any better results.

Also better to research why "organic" in coffee is really a paid title, considering most small arguably better or equal in quality don't bother with getting organic certification because its just too expensive and dictated by somewhat unfair parameters.

Was going to buy until I saw the shipping price. As someone in e-commerce, those prices are outrageous.
