  maybe if you order it for next christmas you'll be ok…………this is Zavvi/Hut = sometime in excess of 3 months or never…………….

    I haven't ordered much, but the usually they ship the next working day if the item is available for shipping straight away. Only once I had a 2 month delay. Like this came arrived yesterday.

      I've ordered a lot - currently waiting 1 month for despatch for an item that has shown for 1 month - "normally shipped in 3 days". You want to argue and neg me for warning people at Christmas feel free - I haven't voted. I also warned about video ezy/ wow hd delays and got the same treatment - whatever, since when has anyone liked facts getting in the way of a "bargain"?

        My order was also lost twice. Despatch dept. said, they did not post it due to shortage of stock and Support said, it was already delivered. Finally god my blue ray after 2 months of wait and continuous follow up.

        Was not that lucky the other time for Gears of War 3, they cancelled my order (despatch dept said it was not delivered whereas my ticket was answered once by a support person saying it was despatched next day) and said it was out of stock. Though that item was still available on their website for sale.

        So, I don't buy from them these days, until and otherwise it is a very good deal and I can wait that long for follow ups.

        That said, I have got games earlier in 14-20 days from them.

  I'm waiting on a game from them that they sent about 3 weeks ago, but one must expect that.
  Worth it to buy games for often half that of local prices.

    Agreed - 4 weeks for shipping is not unusual. If you order today, even if its shipped its not likely to arrive before christmas/2013. However I don't accept the escalating refusal to supply despite constantly advertising goods as constantly in stock which the Hut and Zavvi then 'refuse to ship'. The Hut and Zavvi now routinely lie about stock position and availability to obtain orders which they have no intention of forfilling for many weeks and even months.

  It's a good price for the GOTY edition of Arkham City but it's now changed to "usually dispatched within a month". So potentially, you could be waiting till January 2013 till they actually send it. Then add a few more weeks for it to arrive on your doorstep.

  EB games currently have it new for $36 so personally, I don't think it worth the wait when it could drop in price locally or turn up cheaper elsewhere while your waiting.
