Anyone Knows Where to Get The Best Deal on a Samsung Phone in New Zealand?

Anyone knows how and where does one get the best deals for an outright Samsung phone in New Zealand?

For example in Melbourne I find the best price from “somewhere” then get JB to price match and then claim GST if I’m out of the country (shameless).
