On the website the deal is "FREE Heineken silver when you spend $25 or more"

However when I placed an order just now I added a case of beer and added 36 Heineken Silvers for free.

Steps worked for me:
1. Add more than $25 worth of beer
2. Go to the cart, there should be a message to add 1 Heineken silver for free
3. Edit Quantity
4. Check the total price, should be unchanged.

    Went in, I could tell the guy already knew. He tried to mask it and handed me a bottle. I asked there were more, he goes may be on your end but we only see one on our end. I asked to cancel the order and he goes, you have to call them. I could tell he enjoyed not honoring it 🤣

    Placed an order (for $26) and it was ready about 20 minutes later for pickup. Didn’t get a text but did get an email saying it was ready for pickup.

    I had my ID and that’s the only question asked.

    Of course I dunno what Heineken Silver tastes like but I guess I get to find out..

    Went into petersham and was chatting to the guy. Orders that are flagged for security check will most likely get cancelled. Tried to buy my order in person and cancel the online order. They couldn't even do that in person and their hotline said they had to wait it out to get cancelled.

    So if yours has been flagged, just setting some expectations but fingers crossed for you.

    Didn't get a confirmation text 50min after ordering. I called them and they said that they were packing my order. Rocked up 5min later and order was ready for collection. Never received a confirmation text that my order was ready for pickup.

    Awesome, thanks OP. Picked up my order, the guy working there said it was an error, and that another customer had just been to collect his 36 (I didn't get greedy and went for 24). Legend for letting us have it. Coupled with the $20 cashback, ended up costing me about $8 for 30 bottles of shite beer and a can of decent beer.
