Is your commission based on Gross Profit or sale amount?

I worked for Harvey Norman and we could sell a $3000 item for $1 if we wanted to, however we would have the make the difference back with our own money or wage.

With manager codes we could see true cost pricing but as a franchise we could also buy in bulk from the supplier and split stock with other stores.

Does this happen at JB? Do you also receive spiffs or kick backs?

  We do SPIVs too, but the whole difference back with your own money is strange. Definitely not like that for us.
  
  Also JB has no franchising so we don't order stock from suppliers (purchase orders) on our own. Head office does that for us.

What are the upcoming telco offers? Wanted to buy a pixel 9 pro and I’m undecided if buying it today with the $99 plan and then break the contract or wait for a better deal.
