Hi guys, does anyone shopped on Expansys before, and do they really have local staff in Australia? I was bought a speaker from their AU website, and paid delivery for $90. Then, after half hour, they sent me an email said that delivery cost is wrong, it should be $220 because the item is in HongKong. Then I called the customer service, a girl in HongKong pickup the phone and ask me how do I want to deal with it, I have explain to her I want to keep the deal, but the shopping cost is ridiculous and I expect some lower options. After another half hour waiting, an email came through said my order has been cancelled and item shipped to Shanghai now.
I am really disappointed, and this is the worst shopping experience I ever have.

As far as I know, they don't really have an Australian presence. The company is based in Hong Kong and I thought most items would be shipped from there. The rep claims to be an "Aussie in HK" but who knows.
