Make it $160 and I'll buy one..

    • @ Pyramid
ha ha ha…. I wish the same but unfortunately not this time. Thank you.

      • Make it $160 and I'll buy 2?

    • It was nice when they were around $150-160, and not having to worry about cashbacks.
This deal isn't too bad if you get the free $5 sim.

There should be more of these deals - i'll bite in about a month.

  • I just ported out from Boost couple of days ago to Amaysim on monthly plan. How soon will I be considered 'new' customer? Do I need to wait 1 month?

    • +4

I just did this a couple of days ago. I rejoined Boost within a few hours of porting out and activating a new SIM with a different provider.

      • Thanks

I have read on whirlpool that many people have ported out of boost using a Telstra $2 sim and then ported back to Boost, within half an hour.
Best to do this on a week day during business hours just in case you need assistance. You never know.

  • Any free sim just porting out and in?

    • 'free' - I often get the cashback deals for a free sim… free once the cashback gets paid anyway

    • Hi Zeee, We are doing the Optus & Vodafone $35 sim pack for only $5 which is really a bargain and the cheapest. Once activated its valid for 28 days giving you plenty of time to join boost again. Thank you.

      • Hello,
Couldn't find the $5 Optus Sim.

      • Is there the usual $10-12 top up requirement before you can activate (like Vodafone)? Or is the true cost $5?

  • Has anyone purchased anything from this site before? Is it trust worthy?

  • Hi @cellpoint
Any deals for 300+ GB coming?

  • Can port from telstra prepaid without any issues?

  • "SIM CARD VALIDITY : 06 - JANUARY- 2025"

Is this another way of saying the Sim card expiry date printed on it?

I've bought from these guys before. Aside from some miscommunication regarding a WA public holiday, they were fine.

  • Are there going to be any with a later expiration coming? Or since boost removed this cheaper plan this will be the last of the $230.
    Current plan ends late Feb.

    • +1

Most of these retailers do have stock of later 2025 expiry ones.
Because the plan is discontinued and the need to offload these Jan '25 ones, the mid 2025 expiry ones are going for the full $230.
I'd wait till mid December as these should be down to $160 as they need to ship before holiday breaks.

      • I'll put my hand up for a later expiry one, end of Jan preferrably (and no cashback crap or have to activate within 30d)

  • Am I pissed ! Paid $190 for this exact deal on 21st October24 ! I feel like Cellpoint has kicked me in the balls !

    • +1

It's $11.50 difference and will only get cheaper the closer we get to Jan 5th.
Some sickos pay way more than $11.50 to get kicked in the balls 😂

      • why the 5th of Jan?

  • if i buy one of these are they posted out? with physical sim? or can i take electronic delivery and esim activate?

  • Do you have the link for the $5 sim mentioned. I cant seem to find it and there is no search option on the website.

    • It's right on the offer page under "What’s Included" - a drop down selection list "Choose an option"

  • on your link it says it only has 3G and 4G "Boost offers 3G and 4G services on the Telstra Network. Outside of 4G coverage areas your device will automatically switch to 3G and speeds will be less. For a complete list of included calls and destinations go to boost.com.au/international"

I thought they were on 5G now?

  • Does this 12 month expiry sim come with free International calls to India?

  • What is the upload speed cap?

    • what you uploading?
170GB won't last long if doing a lot.

  • can i use boost mobile with my esim iphone 16 pro max?
