What to do with Miles?

hey everyone have about 40k of air france miles dont know what to do with, any suggestions.

(would use it to upgrade to business class flights but no longer fly with this airline)

One option is to go to points.com and transfer the points to another program, you might be able to get a free hotel night. Be aware that you will lose some points in the transfer.

You could use the points to book flights with their partner airlines.
