Thanks misa, yes that is for express shipping. Standard delivery under $50 is $4.95, $51-100 is $6.95, over $100 is free at the moment. Express is $16.95 for all orders.
Extra note: you may be wondering where do I change shipping to standard.
Don't freak out, the checkout preview page displays express shipping, you have to actually go into the checkout process to change it to standard delivery.
