Citi Credit Card - No Available Cash Back Offers

Is anyone else not seeing any cash back offers in their Citi / NAB banking apps?

I am getting the following message:

"No eligible offers
There are currently no eligible offers available, please try again later."

I was getting offers just last month via the app and had redeemed them with no trouble in the past.

I had trouble accessing them in the past week but it fixed itself recently.
