Cyberduck has resurfaced for another Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale and this time he is bringing even more chances to win.
How to Play:
Randomly throughout our sale, the Cyberduck will hide on our website and you will have a limited time to find him before he disappears. When the Cyberduck hides, he will post a story on Instagram and Facebook and a pop-up will appear on the website, both with a countdown.
Where to Hunt:
Each time the Cyberduck hides, he will be in a new destination, lurking anywhere from curved vanities to wall-hung toilets, but don't worry, he will give you one clue via our Instagram and Facebook stories.
Enter to Win:
Once you've found him, you will be presented with the option to enter your details for a chance to win a share of $5,000 in prizes.
Winner Announcements:
Every day there is a duck hunt we will announce the winner on our Instagram and Facebook stories at 4pm.

Promotion Period: The competition period from 9:00 AM AEDT on November 20, 2024, to 5:00 PM AEDT (QLD)on December 3, 2024, during the Highgrove Bathrooms Black Friday Sale Event period of 18 November – 3rd December 2024.
Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of Australia and at least 18 years old. Employees of Highgrove Bathrooms and their immediate families are ineligible.
Entry Process: Locate the “Cyberduck” within the product categories on the Highgrove Bathrooms website www.highgrovebathrooms.com.au and follow the “enter now” prompts to be redirected to another page to complete the entry process. One entry is allowed per person.
How to Play: "Cyberduck" will be hidden on the Highgrove Bathrooms website. It may appear anywhere on product pages, from basins and hand showers to kitchen sinks. Hint: A hint will be provided to help locate the "Cyberduck" shown on the Highgrove Bathrooms Instagram and Facebook stories (@highgrovebathrooms).
Time-Limited Entry: Each time the "Cyberduck" appears, participants have a limited window to find it and fill out all fields on the form to be eligible. If not found in time, participants must wait for the next hunt. Important: Days, timeframes, and product page locations for each duck hunt will vary. Stay tuned to Highgrove Bathrooms' social media for updates.
Prize Details: The prize pool includes $5,000 in Highgrove Bathrooms gift vouchers, prize voucher amounts awarded on these dates:
November 20 – $500;
November 22 – $500;
November 26 – $500;
November 29 – $1,000;
December 1 – $500;
December 2 – $1,000;
December 3 – $1,000
Note: Highgrove Bathroom Black Friday Gift voucher prizes cannot be redeemed during any sale events or promotional periods and are valid only for full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) products.
Timeframe – The competition can occur at any given time throughout the day between 9am - 5pm AEST (QLD) during the competition sale dates. Draw Date and Prize Claim: Winners are selected at random on each specified draw date by 5pm AEST (QLD). They will be notified using the contact details provided during entry within 24 hours. If a winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, a redraw will be conducted.
Return of Prize Money: If a winner cancels or returns their order within 3 months of winning, they must return the full value of the prize, and the prize will be redrawn for another entrant. Highgrove Bathrooms Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, this includes full amount / partial amounts or the remainder of balance/s.
Game of Chance: This is a game of chance, with winners selected randomly. Winners will be notified the next business day if the draw date falls on a weekend.
