Hi folks. Is there any known impact of switching your main appleid to let's say India to get cheaper subscriptions.
Any Australian apps not working or apple pay?
Appreciate in advance to anyone who has tested and researched.

Hi! Which apps have you observed are exclusive to Australia account?
I wanted to use India as the main account as I wanted to use apple music on the cheaper subscription.
First thought is banking apps
I can't tell you which apps, but from experience I can tell you there are apps that are only available in certain regions.
My point is you will need both. So in your case, change your main account to India and create a second account for Australia.
Appreciate it. Thank u
The main thing is Siri, it will feature a foreign accent.
Nope. You can still change siri accent in iPhone settings.

My main account is Aus, my store account is set to Türkiye. Some times I have to switch to use Aus account on store, like today for a new parking app.
Ohh this is a good idea. You are always on your turkey account but u keep your main account Australia aside until you need it.
Do the apple wallet cards stay when you switch accounts?
If your main account is suddenly canned you could have a lot of device access issues which may be difficult/impossible to recover from
Very good point
you will also get "you are accessing this store from outisde of the region" errors eventually which will prevent apps from updating (india store oones) and apple will cancel the subscriptions if you are found to be in Australia majority of the time.
Apple is very good at detecting when people try these kind of shenanigans
appreciate it the warning. Something to think about.
You won't be able to download apps exclusive to the Australian store if your main account is based elsewhere.
To access both, it’s best to keep your main account in Australia and set up a secondary account for India.
Switch between them as needed to download region-specific apps. Once installed, you can use the apps without switching accounts again.
