pCloud and Koofr have been selling lifetime plans for years now. With Filen, at least, it is only once a year (so far).
When I clicked the referral link, the referral details in the URL appear briefly, then it reverts to the main home page. I assumed that meant I wouldn't be getting the extra 10GB, but after logging in, I confirmed that I did get it.
